LOCATION 2: THE ALTON SCHOOL
The Alton School, which is actually outside the borough of Basingstoke, was designed by the same architect as The Vyne School, so the shots of the two could easily be mixed. The Alton School's big part was for that of Steven's speech on Prize Day. The country lanes surrounding Alton also made the perfect setting for the closing scene.
